Q: Will you inspect the condition of the house before closing?
A: Yes. We will inspect the home to confirm its current condition. Based on the results of this inspection, we may need to adjust the amount of the offer to account for any major repairs or updates that are needed. All of the details for this process will be outlined in the offer before you decide to accept it.
Q: If I meet with you, do I have to accept the offer?
A: Not at all! There are no obligations or commitments when you meet with us. If the terms of our offer are not acceptable to you, you are welcome to reject the offer or provide us with terms that you would accept. There is no guaranty that we will accept your terms, but our goal is always to agree on a deal that works for both sides.

Q: What types of properties are you buying?
A: We are currently providing offers on single-family homes, condominiums, and townhouses. We are not able to guaranty offers on raw land, lots, or commercial property at this time.
Q: Are there are any other stipulations that I should know of?

Any properties that require a sales price over this amount will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed. We can also only make offers on properties with a clear title.
